Professional Qualifications

Education

Michelle Wolf, M.A., LPC-S, holds a Master's degree in Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. She attained her Master's at Houston Christian University (renamed from Houston Baptist University) and her Bachelor's from Rice University. 

Certifications

As a clinical supervisor, Michelle is trained in evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices to provide comprehensive support to our clients. She is EMDR trained and is passionate about supporting those impacted by trauma. In addition, Michelle has extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by autism spectrum disorders and those with neurodivergent qualities. 

Experience

With 24 years of combined experience in private practice, schools, and community mental health settings, Michelle has worked with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges. During her time working in schools, Michelle supported and assessed children from the pre-k through high school level while working as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. The bulk of her experience has been in private practice, where she focuses on supporting the adolescent and adult clients.

Specializations

Michelle specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, mood disorders, and supporting those with neurodivergence. She is dedicated to helping individuals overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives.
